Marise Bezema / NS Stations

Marise Bezema is Head of Mobility Services at NS Stations, a business unit of the Dutch Railways. She is managing the operations and development of mobility services at all train stations in the Netherlands. The services include OV-bicycle (a bike rental/sharing public bike system with over five million rentals per year), the management of around hundred guarded bicycle parking facilities, car parking, lockers, toilets and waiting facilities. The quality of the services has a substantial impact on customer satisfaction. Therefore Marise is the commissioner of several large innovation programs that improve the customer journey and the availability of the services.

The journey of the future and its challenges (growth, sustainability, sharing versus private) fascinate Marise. She likes to think, talk and philosophe together with others about how this future could look like. Marise has a Master in Organizational Psychology and a Master in Implementation and Change Management.
